Digital Products Only
Born To Be Better currently sells digital products.
No physical book, package or other item will be mailed or shipped unless a product page clearly states otherwise.
You will not be charged a physical shipping fee for a digital-only product.
Delivery Method
After successful payment, your digital product will normally be delivered through one or both of the following methods:
- A download link displayed on the order confirmation or order-status page;
- A download email sent to the email address entered during checkout.
Digital delivery is normally automatic and should occur shortly after payment is successfully processed.
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Entering a complete and accurate email address;
- Checking your inbox, spam, junk and promotions folders;
- Ensuring that your device can open the stated file type;
- Saving a personal backup of the downloaded file;
- Keeping your download link private;
- Contacting us promptly when a delivery problem occurs.
Incorrect Email Address
When you enter an incorrect email address during checkout, contact us at:
Include your order number, the incorrect email address and the correct email address.
We may ask for information needed to verify that you are the purchaser before changing order information or providing access.
Delayed Delivery
Delivery can occasionally be delayed because of:
- Payment authorization or fraud review;
- Incorrect customer information;

- Problems involving Shopify, payment processors, email providers or digital-delivery services;
- Scheduled or emergency system maintenance.
When you have not received your product, contact us and we will make a reasonable effort to restore access.
File Format
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, ebooks are supplied as PDF files.
PDF files can normally be opened on modern smartphones, tablets, laptops and computers using a compatible browser or PDF-reading application.
The customer is responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and compatible software.
Download Limits
A download link may have a limited number of permitted downloads.
Download limits are used to prevent unauthorized distribution. Contact us when you reach the limit because of a legitimate technical issue.
We may issue a replacement link after verifying the purchase.
No Transfer of Ownership
Delivery of a digital file gives you a limited personal-use licence. It does not transfer copyright or ownership of the product to you.
