Refund policy

Thank you for purchasing from Born To Be Better.

We sell digital products, including downloadable ebooks, guides, worksheets and related resources. Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, different refund conditions apply than those that apply to physical goods.

Digital Product Sales

All purchases are considered final once:

  • The download link has been accessed;
  • The digital file has been downloaded;
  • The digital content has otherwise been delivered or made available to the customer.

No physical product is shipped or required to be returned.

Refund Requests Before Download

When a digital product has not yet been downloaded or accessed, you may contact us within seven days of purchase to request cancellation.

Approval is not automatic and will depend on whether the product has already been delivered, accessed or downloaded.

Situations Eligible for Review

We will review refund or replacement requests involving:

  • A duplicate charge for the same purchase;
  • Delivery of the wrong digital product;
  • A corrupted or defective file that we cannot replace or repair;
  • A technical issue caused by our store that prevents access to the purchased product;
  • An unauthorized transaction, subject to verification and investigation;
  • Any refund or remedy required by applicable consumer-protection law.

When a file does not work properly, we may first attempt to replace the file, provide a new download link or help you open it before issuing a refund.

Situations Generally Not Eligible for a Refund

Refunds will generally not be provided when:

  • You changed your mind after receiving or downloading the product;
  • You purchased the product by mistake and accessed or downloaded it;
  • You did not read the product description before purchasing;
  • You expected results that were not promised;
  • You did not complete, read or use the product;
  • You no longer want or need the product;
  • The file works correctly but is incompatible with an unusual or unsupported device or application;
  • You found a similar product elsewhere;
  • You shared your download link or file with another person;
  • You violated the Digital Product Licence.

Results Are Not Guaranteed

Our products provide educational information, strategies and practical guidance. Purchasing an ebook does not guarantee specific fitness, health, financial, academic, personal-development or lifestyle results.

Results vary depending on the individual, their circumstances and how consistently they apply the information.

Dissatisfaction based only on a lack of expected personal results is not normally grounds for a refund.

How to Request Help or a Refund Review

  • Your full name;
  • Your order number;
  • The email address used at checkout;
  • The name of the product;
  • A clear explanation of the issue;
  • Screenshots of any error message, when relevant.

We normally respond within one to two business days.

Approved Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method.

Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and financial institution. We do not control how quickly your bank or card provider posts the refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute or chargeback. We will make a reasonable effort to investigate and resolve legitimate order or delivery problems.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in cancellation of access to our products and restriction from future purchases.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable right or remedy available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.
